Tear

went to see a doc in the morn, after slping at 7.30am and waking up 3 hrs later. doc referred me to tan tock seng hospital for a x-ray after doing some exercises on my knee. he said i tore smth in my knee but he not sure wad it was. so off i went to ttsh. had a x-ray, no bones fractured. a lady doc there examined my knee and told me i most probably tore my posterior cruciate ligament. which is not as bad as the acl but quite bad too, considering for a slight tear the recovery and rehab period is 6-8 weeks and for a complete rupture the rehab's about 3-4 months after surgery. im going back next week to ttsh for a MRI scan, to find out the extent of the injury. sigh i've never really got injured real bad while playing football, save for the broken wrist i suffered when i was 14. im really praying its just a small tear. please let it be. =(
